A public benefit association established in accordance with Federal Law No. (2) for the year 2008 in the matter of civil associations and institutions of public benefit, on Tuesday, 15 November 2009 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the scope of its area of ​​operation in the United Arab Emirates, based in Abu Dhabi.

The aim of the association is to raise the level of traffic safety for all groups of society along with government institutions, private individuals and individuals to reach a society with a level of traffic awareness to find out the reduction of traffic accidents that may occur in one way or another and the possibility of reducing the numbers that are increasing steadily year by year Different types of traffic accidents.
